Realme is celebrating its 100th day in the Philippines this month. Part of the celebration is highlighting the companies local achievements and milestones within this period since formally entering the market in December of last year. Alongside this celebration is a teaser that for sure many of its fans will be happy to hear about. According to a press statement by Realme Philippines Marketing Lead Mr. Eason de Guzman via Revu, they plan to release one more device soon, one that "will be announced likely in March," and said that it's a phone that has not been revealed yet. Is it the Realme 3? It appears so.
For the record, the Realme 3 smartphone is not officially launched yet, not even in India. However, the company's CEO itself, Madhav Sheth, has already confirmed its name and the processor that it will power with, at least for the Indian market once released. On his Twitter account, he shared the image above on Feb 20 which many claims to be the said Realme 3 device. And then the following day, Sheth confirmed that the same device will be mounted with MediaTek Helio P70 chipset.
The MediaTek Helio P70 will be for the Indian market though as according to Android Authority, Realme confirmed to them that another processor will power the Realme 3 outside of India, and that would be a MediaTek Helio P60. We assume this same process will be released in the Philippines soon.
No more compromise between Power and Style as it’s time to #PowerYourStyle. I will select 10 fans to be a part of this starry arrival of #realme3 on 4th March. RT this and share your excitement! pic.twitter.com/nv3O4lLslG— Madhav Sheth (@MadhavSheth1) February 22, 2019
