Mark your calendars or set your alarms as HMD Global Philippines will be offering the Nokia 3.1 Plus at a discounted price for a limited time. March 29 to 31 will be the dates where the said smartphone will have a Php1,000 off nationwide. Also, anyone who will buy the entry-level Nokia 1 at the participating stores listed below will have a chance to take home one Xpress-on Cover for free.
From the current price of Php9,990, the Nokia 3.1 Plus will be offered for only Php8,990 on the mentioned dates above. The Nokia 1, while the pricing remains at Php3,990, will come with a free back cover.
HMD Global Philippines said the first 50 customers per store will be able to take advantage of the Php1,000 discount and first 20 customers per store for the free Xpress On Cover for the Nokia 1.
You can learn more about this Nokia 3.1 Plus Android smartphone here, but its main highlights focus on the massive battery with 3500mAh that the company claims can last up to two days on a single charge, and being the most affordable dual rear camera smartphone when launched in January 2019. Also, an Android Pie update has already been rolled out for this device, so that's a plus.
As for the Nokia 1, which I was able to unbox and review, is an Android Go edition of smartphone from HMD Global which offers a lot of Android Oreo Go Edition features that aim to help users save data usage in the process and yet enjoy the most popular mobile platform for a much affordable price with "refreshingly familiar design" and more.
