It's Official Samsung Will Launch the Galaxy Note 10 on August 7

Apparently, the rumors and leaks were true about the launch date of the next Galaxy Note! Samsung has just officially announced when its upcoming Galaxy Note 10 flagship smartphone will be launched. According to the invite they just sent to the media, the second Unpacked event for the year is going to happen on August 7 in Brooklyn, NY, at Barclay's Center.

The image in the invite material does not really say a lot except that the event is clearly about the next S-Pen equipped smartphone from the South Korean company, thanks to the stylus and a camera lens arranged to look like a giant exclamation mark.

The lens in the image sort of already confirming what other rumors are claiming about the next Galaxy Note device, an Infinity-O display panel similar to the Galaxy S10 where the front camera is housed in a punch-hole like cutout which Samsung calls an Infinity-O. But instead of positioning the front camera at the upper corner of the screen, on the Note 10 it will be right at the top center, at least according to rumors.

Other reports also claim that Samsung will launch more than one Galaxy Note 10 device for the very first time - a standard and a Pro variants similar to Galaxy S10 for example. Each of these will have a 4G and a 5G versions, which makes a total of four Galaxy Note 10 devices. Reports on the 3.5mm audiojack availability on these devices are a bit confusing though, some claim that Samsung will finally get rid of it while others say it will remain. Whatever the case is, we will all know next month.

As usual, if you would like to watch the Unpacked event, a livestream will also be available on their Facebook page and YouTube channel.
