HTC Wildfire X Smartphone Unveiled


Before we get started, it's important to note that this particular smartphone is actually not being manufactured by HTC itself. Instead, the Taiwanese company has licensed its brand to a Chinese manufacturer named InOne Smart Technology much like the Nokia brand to HMD Global.

Now that's out of the way, yes there is a brand new HTC-branded smartphone that was just unveiled to the world and it is officially being called the HTC Wildfire X. It is not a flagship-level smartphone though like we would usually expect from HTC but an entry level one sporting 6.22-inch HD display panel with waterdrop notch.

The HTC wildfire X will come in two variants, 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and a 4GB RAM versions with 128GB. Both will support microSD card for storage expansion. As for its camera, there are three on the back equipped with telephoto, 2x optical zoom, and depth sensor. and an 8MP for the selfie. See more specs below.

For now the HTC Wildfire X will be exclusively available in India via Flpkart for a starting price of Rs 9,999 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage while the 4GB+128GB variant will be for Rs 12,999. Sale on Flikart will start on August 22.
