HMD Global Also Launches the Nokia 2720 Flip and Nokia 110 Feature Phones in PH


HMD Global's feature phone business has been very successful since they began releasing new models and reviving legendary and iconic Nokia classic phones one after another. So it's no surprise that apart from the exciting Nokia 7.2 smartphone (read more here) release in the local market, the Finnish company also added more feature phone options to its lineup. Today, we are talking about the new Nokia 110 and the Nokia 2720 Flip phones.

Starting with the Nokia 110, on top of the basic call and text features, users will also get to enjoy entertainment in their pocket for an asking price that's definitely not pocket-hurting. With this new phone, users can save their favorite songs, thanks to microSD card support of up to 32GB and the built-in MP3 player. They can also stream free music from their favorite stations via the device's FM Radio feature.

The fan favorite Snake game is also available in this device together with other four try and buy games - Doodle Jump, Football Cup, Air Strike, and Ninja Up. There's also a qVGA rear camera that fans can use to capture moments. On the inside is an 800mAh battery which according to HMD Global can last up to 27 hours on MP3 playback, talktime of about 14 hours, and standby time of up to 18 days.

The Nokia 2720 Flip on the other hand is the re-imagined 4G version of the Nokia 2720 of old. After an overwhelming support and demand for the Nokia 2720 Flip when it was launched last month, the next batch of this device in black variant will be available in the Philippines in late October for the same price tag of just Php4,790. As for the Nokia 110, it will arrive on October 19 in Black, Pink, and Ocean Blue color variants for only Php1,290 a pop.
