More and more product categories are coming from Realme as the company commits to its plan on expanding its internet-of-things (IoT) ecosystem. Two of the most rumored and leaked upcoming products have been the Realme-branded smartTV and a smartwatch. And according to the latest word from the company, these two are going to be formally introduced to the world on May 25.

The image you see above was released by Realme India on its Twitter account inviting fans to "Watch the TV" hinting that they are about to launch, not smartphones this time around, but the brand's first TV and smartwatch offerings. See more details on the embedded tweet below.

Apart from Twitter, fans can also watch the livestream launch on the company's official Facebook and YouTube channels on May 25, 2020 which is to start at 12:30PM India time.

Realme has previously confirmed the arrival of the Realme TV and the Realme Watch via an interview that the company's CEO Madhav Sheth made without revealing anything about any of the two. Though leaks suggest that the smartTV will have either 43-inch or 55-inch screen, or both. Additionally, it is said to support Netflix right out of the box which indicates that the TV is going to be Android TV-powered.

As for the smartwatch, it appears to get a lot of design inspiration from Apple Watch like many Android powered smartwatches around with most if not all smartwatch features like heart rate monitor and fitness tracker.
