Lenovo Philippines Announces 3-Year Premium Care Service

In light of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic in the country and to support its loyal customers during these trying times, Lenovo Philippines adding another year to its popular 2-year Premium Care Warranty for all of its new IdeaPad, Yoga, Legion, and IdeaCentre devices. 

Starting this July 1, 2020, all the mentioned series of Lenovo products above are automatically covered for this new 3-Year Premium Care warranty both for international coverage and local on-site service. Those with existing warranties may be upgraded to this as well. 

Lenovo Philippines said that this upgraded 3-Year Premium Care service will come bundled for free upon purchase of any of the select Lenovo products with Core i5, Core i7, AMD Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 processors. See complete list below.

The Premium Care Service warranty includes the following:
  • 24x7 access to Lenovo technicians via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp
  • Comprehensive support for hardware, peripherals, and software
  • On-site Repair on the next business days
  • "Getting Started" and "How to" assistance
  • Annual PC Health Check
For those who have existing 2-year warranty, they can upgrade to this 3-Year Premium Care service warranty by simply going to their nearest Lenovo or Legion Concept Store or any Lenovo reseller. They just need to provide the model name of the device, serial number, and their name and email address. All devices that will expire in more than 6 months can be upgraded. This warranty upgrade will cost them Php5,300. Even those who have Lenovo's 2-Year Carry-In Warranty can also upgrade to this 3-Year Premium Care service warranty for Php9,100.
