The Huawei P40 Pro+ is now officially launched and priced in the PH

The third member of Huawei's P40 series of flagship smartphones, the P40 Pro Plus, is now officially launched in the Philippines. The announcement also included the official Philippine pricing for the device and it is going to retail for Php69,990. 

The device is now available for pre-order through Lazada until July 10, 2020. The first 100 pre-order takers will receive HUAWEI x Gentle Monster Smart Eyewear and a Band 4 worth up to Php22,880. And the the first 300 who will buy the P40 and P40 Pro will take home a free Huawei FreeBuds 3 wireless earphones valued at Php8,990. 


The P40 Pro+ back cameras include a 50MP UltraVision primary camera, a secondary 40MP ultra-wide Cine Camera. Third and fourth cameras have 8MP, respectively, with SuperZoom and Telephoto lenses and up to 10X optical zoom. The fifth rear camera has ToF for depth sensing. On the front is a 32MP selfie camera. 

As for the display, the smartphone comes with a 6.58-inch Quad HD AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate. Inside is a HiSilicon 990 5G processor paired with Mali-G76 GPU and 8GB of RAM. For storage needs, there is 512GB right out of the box that can be expanded via Huawei's NMcard up to 256GB. 

Just like its brothers, the P40 and P40 Pro, this Plus model is also running on the latest EMUI 10.1 based on the latest Android 10 mobile OS. Still no GooglePlay support but apps can be downloaded from teh AppGallery. Battery-wise, there is 4200mAh one and it comes with 40W SuperCharge both wired and wireless connection. It also sports reverse wireless charging.
