The overkill Huawei P40 Pro Plus smartphone is also coming to the Philippines

If you thought the Huawei P40 Pro is too much of a powerful smartphone already in terms of performance, design, and camera, well you might have forgotten there is also a P40 Pro Plus variant that was launched by Huawei as part of the latest P series of flagship devices. And yes, this hell of a beast is also coming to the Philippines as recently teased by Huawei on their Facebook page. 

Huawei added that this P40 Pro+ model will be available through postpaid plans via Globe Telecom. For users who don't prefer to get it on postpaid, they can get an open-line one through Lazada. Now based on its Huawei Philippines website listing, looks like we are getting the 8GB+512GB model in White Ceramic color. 

Like the other two P40 smartphones, this P40 Pro+ also highlights its camera capabilities, thanks to its 50MP penta-rear Leica cameras that feature up to 100x SuperZoom power. 

 

On the front is a 32MP selfie camera.

And then of course the phone is a 5G-ready device powered by the latest and most powerful HiSilicopn Kirin 990 5G processor. As for its display, it packs 6.5-inch full HD+ OLED display with impressive 2640 x 1200 resolution and 90Hz refresh rate.
