PayMaya's bank transfer feature via InstaPay remains free until end of October

PayMaya InstaPay fees

PayMaya has just released an advisory pertaining to its bank transfer feature via InstaPay where it was recently reported that a transaction fee will be implemented beginning October 1, 2020. According to the most recent release from PayMaya, the InstaPay bank transfer service will remain free of charge until the end of October 2020.

According to PayMaya, "to enable all Filipinos to continue availing of safe and convenient financial transactions, sending money from PayMaya to other banks and e-Wallets via InstapPay will continue to remain free until October 31, 2020."

Also, sending money between PayMaya accounts will remain free of charge, the company added.

While sending money from PayMaya is still going to be free of charge until at least the end of the current month, transaction fees may still apply if users are to send funds into their PayMaya account. That being said, it is encouraged that PayMaya users check their other e-wallet or bank accounts for such fees as the fee may vary depending on the bank or e-wallet providers.

And last but not least, PayMaya said that its account holders may also add money for free by linking their BPI account in the app, over the counter via BDO and Ministop stores, and in Pera Hub branches nationwide.
