Smart Postpaid and Maya Launch 'Power Savings' That Earn Up to 7% Annual Interest

Smart Communications Inc and Maya are partnering up to launch the "Power Savings" promo that will exclusively enable postpaid subscribers to grow their savings by up to 7% per annum. 

From January 16 to February 28, 2023, Smart Postpaid customers with Plan 999 and up, who also have upgraded their Maya Savings account, are now able to earn up to 7% interest rate on their savings that is credited daily. That's increased from the base interest rate of 4.5%, making this one of the highest rate in the market. 

Additionally, subscribers can enjoy FREE InstaPay transactions when they transfer funds from other banks to Maya and witch to Maya Savings. 

So do they take advantage of this Power Savings promo? See the steps below.

• Create and upgrade their account with Maya. First time users can get up to Php60.00 Welcome Reward upon upgrade. 
  
  
• Open Maya Savings account and go to "Missions" in the app.
  
  
• Look for "Smart Postpaid Exclusive" mission and enter the unique Smart Postpaid code (sent by Smart via SMS).
  
  
• Spend a minimum of Php888 using Maya on paying for your Smart Postpaid bill or any other bill, scanning to pay, paying with Maya card or shopping online.

• And enjoy the daily 7% saving interest rate for up to Php100,000 of your deposit.
