realme GT Neo 5 with 240W Fast Charge Launching on Feb 9

As previously teased earlier in January, realme just finally confirmed that they are launching the much-rumored GT Neo 5 smartphone next week. The launch even will happen in China on February 9 at 2PM local time. Now, other unconfirmed reports also claim that the phone might be showcasing at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 happening towards the end of Feb in Barcelona, Spain. 

As you can see in the image above released by realme China, it seems to confirm that the GT Neo 5 will indeed sport that 240W fast charger technology. In terms of battery capacity, we don't know yet, but rumors suggest there might be two variants that are in the works. One with 4600mAh paired with 240W fast charging and another one with 5000mAh but with 150W charger instead. 

If these rumors are true, then we might also get two versions of the realme GT Neo 5 in terms of processors - one with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset (probably with the 240W charger) and a second one with Dimensity 8200 alongside the 150W rapid charging tech. 

The realme GT Neo5 is also expected to offer 6.74-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and refresh rate up to 144Hz. In the camera department, reports say that it will have 50MP main shooter with Sony IMX890 lens and then accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro sensors.
