A Much Upgraded Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A Launched in South Korea

Samsung has just unveiled a new Galaxy S5 twin with updated specs which so many of us will be happy and sad about at the same time. Happy because this is a kind of smartphone most of us like to have given that the money is not an option, sad at the same time and that is because this device is currently exclusive to South Korea. Resolution, RAM and processor are three of its main advantages from the regular Galaxy S5 and then the rest of the specs and features are just the same.

It is the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A, that is the complete name. First it is the display where the device offers a 5.1 Super AMOLED Display with a whopping 2560x1440 screen resolution, that is Full HD or 1920x1080 resolution from the Galaxy S5. The RAM is also upgraded from 2GB to 3GB of RAM. And then the main event (I think) of the show is the Galaxy LTE-A is powered by a Snapdragon 805 processor which Qualcomm claims can support up to 300MBPS download speed. In South Korea, network telecoms provide LTE Advance technology that promises a download speed of up to 225MBPS and maybe this is one of the reasons why this device is only available in that country.

- 5.1" Super AMOLED Display
- 2560x1440 resolution, 576ppi
- 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 Processor
- 16MP camera
- 2,800mAH Battery
