Realme Philippines' First Local Smartphone is the Realme C1

As you may have already know, Realme Philippines will be officially established in the country on November 29. That news was actually made official just this Monday, and as of that day we really had no idea which of the the company's current lineup of smartphones will debut in the Philippines. Well that changes today though, at least according to the company's Facebook page.

On the company local FB page, they just confirmed that the Philippines will officially get the Realme C1 smartphone.

It is definitely one of the budget-centric smartphones that will hit the local market before the year ends, and one of its main selling points is its battery capacity. As you can see in the image above, it's going to have a massive 4230mAh pack. RealMe promises this handset to last users up to 18 hours of music, 15 hours for watching videos, 10 hours of gaming, and 18 hours of web browsing. So based on how you use this, this will definitely last you at least the whole day one a single charge.

In terms of internals, the Realme C1 is equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor, 2GB RAM and a default 16GB internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card. Camera wise, the company is generous enough to embed a dual rear set up pegged at 13MP and 2MP combo and a 5MP selfie camera on the front.

Software wise, users will have Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.1 on top right out of the box with this C1 phone. Then there are the usual 4G LTE, dual SIM, FM radio, Bluetooth, GPS etc connectivity.
